Well the Coaches of Crossfit Pickering had a fantastic day at our Movement Fix Seminar today 🙂 We learned lots of relevant info on how to help you guys squat and perform better which will start to be implemented over the coming months… 🙂

WOD:

2 rounds for time:
10 deadlifts, 315 lb.
20 deficit handstand push-ups, 4.5-in. deficit
30 front squats, 95 lb.

Rest then

Bench Press 3×20 at 50%
