Its been a pretty intense week!

Take some time today to come by and spend some time foam rolling, using the lacrosse ball to relieve some soreness in your hammies, or quads.

Lots of time put aside to help with the aches and pains today.

A short little WOD to get your heart rate up, but nothing heavy

3 to 5 rounds:  ( depending on soreness 🙂

10 cal Row

10 cal on bike

10 Burpees

10 lunges
