7 years ago we became affiliated! 7.5 years ago Tom and I did our Level 1 Certification in Flagstaff, AZ with Greg Glassman and Nicole, KStarr as our teachers. We were affiliated as the 350th Crossfit Box in the world. We’ve come a long way! Thank you for being part of our journey. We all truly have our dream jobs making you fit and strong! We appreciate and love you all.

Today starting at 10 am we celebrate by doing an in-house competition. We hope to be done by 12:30 or 1 pm and follow up all the hard work with a potluck party!
