10 kettle bell swings
10 turkish get ups (5 per side)
10 kb SDHP
10 windmills (5 per side)
10 under the leg passes (5 in each direction)
10 overhead 1 arm squats (5 per side)
10 clean and press (5 per side)

Athletes are allowed to take up to 5 minutes rest between rounds (athletes choice)

Score is the time of your fastest round.
