All wrapped up into todays program!  We haven’t tackled an Open WOD for a couple of months now. Those of you who have been around for a while might remember this beauty, and those of you who are newer members won’t soon forget it.

13.1 not only challenges your agility, coordination, and aerobic capacity, it demands that you regain composure to complete touch’n go snatches after the burpees.  Good luck with this one today…remember all Open WODS are on SugarWOD, making it easier to keep track of your results.

CrossFit Open WOD 13.1

Men/Women RX
Proceed through the sequence below completing as many reps as possible in 17 minutes of:
40 Burpees
75/45 pound Snatch, 30 reps
30 Burpees
135/75 pound Snatch, 30 reps
20 Burpees
165/100 pound Snatch, 30 reps
10 burpees
210/120 pound Snatch, as many reps as possible

Performance (Level 1 scale)

Burpee Count Remains the same

Mens weights 75-95-115-135

Womens Weights 35-55-75-95

Fitness (Level 2 Scale)

Burpee Count remains the same

Mens Weights 65-75-95-115

Womens Weights 35-45-60-75

Fitness (Level 3 scale)

Burpee Count – 50% of above – THIS Is for newly minted GENPOPS and ROOKIES ONLY!

Mens weight 65 or 75lb – same for all rounds

Ladies Weight 35,45, or 55 – same for all rounds
