Hmm… it would appear blog posting and I are still getting to know each other.
Sorry for the uninspiring and very boring initial posting.
I would like to point out how impressed I am with those of you who showed up for Tuesday’s workout, especially post Murph. I’m sure it was challenging to talk yourself into coming in so make sure you give yourself and extra pat on the back. I know I was definitely dragging a bit more than usual today.
