Remember those three little videos from Carl earlier in the week…Hollow Rocks, part 1 and 2, and Air Squat Progressions?  Now apply some of Carl’s tips into todays WOD… double under are reliant on a solid hollow rock position and air squat technique will ensure you polish off the one in todays WOD as quick as a bunny!
