EMOM 20:
Minute 1: 3 Power Cleans, add weight each round.  figure out what weight to use each round to go to a heavy clean in last round
Minute 2: 10 burpees
Minute 3: 6 Front Squat (same weight used for cleans)
Minute 4: 10 atomic sit ups
Minute 5: Rest
