Sign up in the Box – teams of three! If you don’t have a team, we’ll put you on a team. Saturday December 2nd. 9am to Noon! 12 WODs – 3 hours. Each team member does 4 WODS…each are between 4 and 7 minutes. Its a HOOT!
Last year was our first time running this event and everyone who participated had a ball. The sign up sheets are next to the blackboard. Don’t get left out…we can only accommodate about 12 teams…it fills up fast.
Strength – Deadlift 4 x 10 work at 65% of max
SUITCASE Carry with 50# DB or #35 Dumbbell. long lentgh of the gym. ( Suitcase carry – 1 dumbbell in one hand only)
x 4 – swtich hands each time – this is amazing to work on your obliques and stabilizers.
