With winter close at hand and the weather being so cold now, running has been put on the back burner til next spring. This little WOD was originally padded with three 800m runs so I’ve changed it to reflect the winter reality and we are going to be doing it with rowing.

Back Squats (135/95 lb)

Start each round with a 1000 meter Row

Perform back squats from a rack.
