Sunday mornings at 9:00am are always Olympic Lifting, with our regular “gen-pop” class at 10:00am.

We try to pick a WOD on Sunday which might be new…yes that makes you “guinea pigs” for the rest of the gym members but it does allow us to see if a WOD is as much fun and challenging as we want it to be.

You can do either or both classes.  Skills learned in Oly are transferable to your regular programming.  Our experienced staff of Oly coaches will help you work on your technique as well as programming accessory work to make you a more confident lifter.


CrossFit Regional Games Qualifier  – 17.1

For time, wearing a weight vest:
1,200-m run
Then, 12 rounds of:
4 strict handstand push-ups
8 chest-to-bar pull-ups
12 squats

Men wear a 20-lb. vest
Women wear a 14-lb. vest

Time cap: 25 minutes (Really?)
