d. because Dave Castro, the co-ordinator of mayhem, refreshed our CrossFit experience by re-introducing DUMBBELLS.

We didn’t wade into DUMBBELLS lightly, instead we were hit with these ugly pieces of FUN like a sledgehammer.  They looked cute and cuddly.  They looked like fun.  They looked like you could give them a ride and crush your WOD…

Well, I think we all found that the DUMBBELL was an animal that is anything but cute and cuddly.

Remember, on your DUMBBELL SNATCHES..your free arm can’t be in contact with any part of your body….get into your squat and thrust that DUMBBELL above your head by using your legs and core…but remember this…you can never, ever, ever drop your DUMBBELL.
