I originally did this workout with Jeff for a partner, we just loved it!  What’s not to love?  Hope you enjoy it as much as we did.  good idea to partner up with someone who is close to the weight you use and your height to share the racks. XO marta

20 back squats @ 95/135
30 push press @ 65/95
40 deadlifts @ 95/135
50 calorie row
