Today we are going to spend a little time on establishing our one rep maxes for the snatch and the clean and jerk.

Remember, the Open is just around the corner so don’t forget to sign up and participate with the rest of the box… Ask anyone who has done it in previous years and they will tell how much fun it is 🙂
