You can also sign up for the Festivus competition that morning. You only need to write your name on the list. We will make up the teams of 3. We will do 4 wods. 3 Individual per team member and 1 team wod. So fun! We will do scaled and RX wods so if you’re nervous about not being able to do RX, do not fret!
Strength – Hollow rock holds – 4 x 30 seconds with rests in between
Choose your weight wisely. You want to finish under 25 minutes and if you go too heavy, you won’t.
